Every December, I—like so many other colour enthusiasts in the world of design and fashion—eagerly wait for the announcement of Pantone’s Colour of the Year. It’s a moment that fuels our creative ideas, sets new trends, and inspires fresh design directions. But I’ll be honest: when I first saw that the 2025 colour was Mocha Mousse, a warm, rich brown with earthy undertones, I was a little disappointed. After the bold, vibrant hues of previous years, I was expecting something equally eye-catching that aligns with our motto: ‘Bringing Colour to Life’.
However, as I started thinking about the versatility and warmth of this shade, I began to fall in love with it. There’s something quietly indulgent about Mocha Mousse. It evokes feelings of comfort and calm—a grounded elegance that is perfect for creating restful spaces and surprisingly easy to combine with bold warm tones. And what better way to showcase this than in our Robert Langford bedroom set, where soft beige tones, luxurious textures, and natural materials come together beautifully?

The subtle texture of the fabric, combined with the earthy warmth of the accent wall, creates a calming yet luxurious atmosphere.

To balance the depth of the brown tones, we layered the bed with crisp white bedsheets featuring a delicate beige border, crafted by Scottish designer Gilly Nicholson.
