Only a few weeks until Christmas! I don't know how you are feeling, but I am still in full 'Get-Everything-Done-Before-The-Holidays' mode. Clearing out my closet, doing the long-overdue filing of paperwork and sorting through the kids’ rooms before the festive break.
I haven’t even thought about the Christmas menu yet, but, being a decor addict, I managed to think about how to beautifully style and accessorise my Christmas table.
Sitting down with your loved ones at a nicely set table and spending quality time together, whilst feasting on a yummy X-mas dinner is one of the highlights of my year.
Dressing a table that looks appealing, elegant and inviting, can have a major impact and sets the mood for any occasion, especially during the festive season.
I like to keep it simple and stick to an elegant two-tone colour scheme, such as purple and gold, which I jazz up with some natural tree branches. But I also love a simple monochromatic scheme in different shades of white with some glamorous golden or shimmery silver touches.
